Summary

Supports programs that improve delivery of healthcare to adult consumers with developmental disabilities  such improving  health practitioner competency through education and/or training programs,  addressing the current inadequate reimbursement system,  advancing innovations in formal care coordination, and social policy research. National Grant maker. Applications from the San Francisco Bay Area may be given preferential consideration, applications from other areas in the United States are NOT excluded. Three grant cycles per year.
